Originally named Coconut Pouchong, this loose leaf oolong starts off as the lightly fermented Bao Zhong and is then infused slowly with young coconut nectar. How to Steep Coconut Oolong Tea

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oolong
  • 8 oz of water
  • 205°F - Just before boiling
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes
  • Steep a second or third time!
