When we first tried this coconut rooibos chai blend, we fell in love. It’s just so drinkable. A unique iteration on a traditional chai, it’s a delightful blend of coconut, rooibos, and chai spices. The fruity, tropical notes of coconut, the honey, woody, caramel notes of rooibos, the spicy notes of ginger and cinnamon, and the sweet aroma of vanilla come together to give you a caffeine-free tea that is rich and smooth. Enjoy it hot or cold and sweetened or unsweetened.
Ingredients: South African Red Bush Rooibos, shredded coconut, ginger root, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Bring 2 parts water to 1 part dairy to a light, rolling boil in a pot on the stove. Add 2 tsp of tea leaves for every 8 oz of liquid to the pot and steep for 6-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Sweeten to taste, then strain leaves. Enjoy!
